  • Enforcement

    Instruct us to enforce Court Orders

    If the tenant doesn’t vacate the property after the time ordered by the court, instruct us to arrange for a bailiff to enforce the possession order and evict the tenant. Alternatively, if the tenant does leave the property within the time ordered by the court but hasn’t paid your arrears and any other sums awarded, instruct us to arrange for a bailiff to enforce the order.
