SCS Law is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). In order to comply with SRA requirements we provide all our clients with a Retainer setting out our terms and conditions of business. The Retainer is tailored to your needs and sets out the services to be provided and the manner in which they will be undertaken by SCS Law in accordance with our regulatory responsibilities.
